Users must not create, upload, share, request, promote, store, or distribute prohibited content through Ventura. Accounts involved in such activity may be suspended or permanently removed.
2. Reporting child safety concerns
Users can report posts, profiles, messages, and other safety concerns using Ventura's in-app reporting tools. Concerns can also be reported to support@getventuraapp.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact the local emergency services or law-enforcement authority before contacting Ventura.
3. How Ventura responds
Ventura reviews child safety reports and takes appropriate action in line with these standards and applicable law. Actions may include preserving relevant records, removing content, restricting features, suspending or terminating accounts, and preventing repeat abuse.
